Company Formation Process

2. If it is not already registered you will be given to option to register it.

3. Submit your application

Once your application has been submitted to Companies House they will issue your Certificate of Incorporation, usually within 4 hours of submitting your application. For an extra cost you can get a same day guaranteed but the application has to be processed before 3pm.

Company Formation Notes

Once registered, your choosen company name will be prefixed with LIMITED. When companies house register your name you will be allocated a unique company number which means your company is ready to trade.

It is your responsibility to submit your accounts and returns to Companies House once your company has been registered.
